Kitchen Remodeling
A kitchen remodel is equal parts design problem and construction problem. The layout has to fit how you cook and gather, and the build has to handle plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and finishes without cutting corners behind the walls.
We design kitchens around flow and storage first, then execute the trades cleanly so the result looks good on day one and still works in year ten.
What's included
- Layout and work-triangle planning around how you use the space
- Cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, and hardware selection
- Plumbing, electrical, and dedicated circuits to current code
- Range ventilation, lighting layers, and outlet planning
- Flooring, drywall, paint, and finish carpentry
- Appliance coordination and final installation
What affects scope & cost
- Whether walls or plumbing move (layout changes drive both cost and permits)
- Cabinet tier: stock, semi-custom, or fully custom
- Countertop material and slab availability
- Panel capacity for modern appliances and induction

Kitchen Remodeling questions
A finishes-level remodel often runs a few weeks; moving walls, plumbing, or adding square footage extends that to a couple of months. Permitting and material lead times are usually the biggest variables.
Cosmetic updates may not, but moving plumbing or gas, adding circuits, or changing the layout generally do. We handle the permits your specific scope requires.
For larger projects there is a period without a working kitchen. We sequence the work to keep that window as short as possible and set expectations before demo starts.
